I know my input doesn't have any sway at this point, but I've raided with this guy for a while. He was a damn fine Pally tank back in BC, and we rocked some shit. Apparently he's pretty good at this warlock thing now, I've seen the recount meters.

The application looks alright, but I have a few things to suggest:

Replace the Life Tap glyph with Glyph of Immolate. The spec you have has pretty good mana regen, so you shouldn't need to use LT that often.
You are under the hit cap without a spriest/boomkin, 446 gets you to 17%.
Replace your rings with the badge ones.
If you have the gold to spend, drop herbalism for Tailoring/JC

I also have a question for you

Have you or would you go afk during a raid for reasons such as these:

Bookshelf falling on mom
Pizza guy is at your door
Fire drill

Gear looks good. Can replace a sp + spirit gem with a SP one in your boots.

Glyph of Life tap is actually recommended by simcraft for all specs.

Gearing around 14% spell hit is acceptable if you are consistantly raiding with a SP or boomkin (which we now are: thanks chewy!).
If one was not in attendence do you have the items to swap to hit 17%?

Affliction is king in 3.3 good to see it as your off spec!

hi,i will try out the glyph of immolate and see how it goes,the LT glyph give me 100+ sp which is nice but i will try immo.
i do have alot of hit gear to swap around if there is no SP or Boomkin.
i know my rings are not great and new 1's are coming,i just bin spending my badges in other places.
i have seriously bin considering dropping herby for JC to maximize dps.

as for going afk during a raid:
A: mother is dead
B: pizza boy knows to be here long b4 a raid even starts
C: if the fire alarm goes off i turn headset up and let the wife worry about it

the only time i go afk during raids is for a bio,and thats only when everyone else goes during a down time.

3.3 will be nice because i prefer affliction over destro,im only destro atm to keep up with the times.

I'm sure the officers will get to your app by tuesday/wednesday at the latest (raid nights). So you don't have to wait too long.

Another couple questions.

1. How do you feel about race changing to Orc?
2. If you don't feel positive about race changing to orc, how do you feel about raiding with all orcs?
3. If you do feel positive about race changing to orc, i reccommend you waste your $25 right now. (not a question)
4. Say you shat your pants because you couldn't hold it until the bio break, and during the bio break you were unable to change underwear, would you come back to your comp on time, or would you make us all wait for you?

Hey Cronicc, so in the slow response in getting an officer reply to you. Other people have pretty much covered most of what I was going to ask so I will answer some questions you might have instead.

1. Our raids rarely start late and rarely end late (generally 10-15 mins for either at a maximum), we are more flexible with this now, but we still VERY rarely run late, and about 25% of the time it results in a progression kill.

2. We are basically full on caster DPS now, so if you are accepted you will be either A) Backup or B) fighting to take someone elses spot.

3. Your Candy does not get the children into the van.

We would be willing to inv you to tryout as backup raider, and try to earn yourself a raid spot, but currently at this point we do not have any caster dps spots open. If you are still interested whisper Muron, Lastronous, Rashgirl or Relnuruo for an inv to tryout. Please take a look over the policies before whispering for an update.
